Причастия

Английские причастия делятся на причастие настоящего времени (Participle I) и причастие прошедшего времени (Participle II).

1. Participle I образуется с помощью - ing и употребляется:

- Для образования Present, Past, Future Continuous: I was saving your life.
- В пассивном залоге: I don't like being followed.
- Перед существительными в качестве определения: a dancing girl
- В причастных и деепричастных оборотах: He felt his panic growing.

2. Participle II образуется с помощью - ed и употребляется:

- В Present, Past, Future Perfect и пассивном залоге: I have received it today.
- Перед существительными в качестве определения: a written letter.
- В причастных оборотах: I found a book left by my friend.
